Viewings can be arranged through the website by clicking on the ‘Arrange a Viewing’ tab on each individual property page or via this link “Contact us”
Please send details of the property you are interested in and all tenant information (names, phone numbers and email addresses) via the contact us page. You should then each fill in an online application form – tenant application form. We will then send you a draft agreement for your review.
The deposit for each property is shown on the advert. It is usually 5 weeks rent.
Please log the issue via this online link – repair request. Please provide as much information as possible including your property address, the location of the issue, any photos etc
If you are responsible for the bills, you need to contact (within 7 days) the gas, electricity and water suppliers to arrange to put the bills in your name(s) from the date you moved in. Information on how to find out your gas and electricity suppliers is included in your property folder. The meter readings on the day you moved in were provided to you at the moving in meeting.
